Concerning Bill Elliott, Program Director

News

Wednesday afternoon, that would have been the 29th, Bill took a fall at home while Diane was visiting their granddaughter. When she found him, he couldn’t get up and they called 9-1-1, which took him to the hospital. They kept him overnight. Nothing was broken, which at our age is a relief, but he was badly bruised. They kept him a second night and then released him to Avamere for rehab because he couldn’t get himself out of bed with his injuries and Diane is too tiny to be much help. He should be there about a week. Diane reports he is somewhat disoriented.

He is able to have visitors. Avamere’s address is 5210 River Rd N in Keizer.
